Because of past experiences with make uninstall not really doing what
it was supposed to do.

It works now though :-). Both installing and uninstalling.

Both, installing and symlinking work as far as doing away with the
reported error message and the GRASS(64) plugin is available (toolbar and
toolbox). Yet, most icons are invisible, the descriptions in the toolbox are
ok (I think, I didn't check all).


Re-exporting the LD_LIBRARY_PATH for G7, however, does not do any magic.

But, I can wait for the upcoming announcments.
