[Qgis-developer] Processing: return table from PostGIS query

Brilliant. I wasn't aware that it was so easy to use DB Manager from
Python. Up to now I've been connecting to my PostGIS database using the
postgis_utils
<https://github.com/qgis/QGIS/blob/master/python/plugins/processing/algs/qgis/postgis_utils.py>
included with Processing.

So this begs the question: what is the use of postgis_utils if the same
functionality is achieved through DB Manager?
