[Qgis-developer] Update startup tips

Hi,

Just updated to the newest version which brought back the startup tips
screen. There, I noticed that we have a tip explaining the different parts
of the QGIS project which I think is outdated. Here's my suggestion for an
update: https://github.com/qgis/QGIS/pull/2400

QGIS Application --> QGIS Desktop
QGIS Webserver --> QGIS Server (like on the visual changelog)
WMS support --> general OGC standards support
