[Qgis-developer] master build cannot load Python support

I can't have Python support loaded when running QGIS master from my own
build, and no traceback is available (getvalue() did not return a string).
I run it from the build directory and staged plugins.

I already built QGIS various times, with the same configurations, and I
can't figure out what has changed... Is it just a problem with my setup?
