[Qgis-developer] Possibility of extension for freeze for 2.12?

Hi,

I'd prefer if bigger features go in early in the development cycle instead of
just in time for the feature freeze (or even requiring to postpone it).

That's one reason why we have short release cycles - if you miss one slot the
next one is close...
