[Qgis-developer] Strange problem with drag-n-drop

Hi,

I am with a strange problem with drag-n-drop in QGIS. If I have the Browser
pannel fixed on one side of QGIS window, the drag-n-drop does not work
properly, as shown in this screencast:

If the Browser pannel is "free", then everything works fine.

This happens to me on Linux, with Xubuntu and Lubuntu 14.04, with QGIS
2.8.3 and master, both self compiled.

Anyone confirm?
