[Qgis-developer] Proposal: removing Processing from plugins repo

It does indeed, thanks again. Apparently some developers fid it
difficult to grasp, as not all Processing plugins are enabled by
default, nor even these who do not require special setup.
Could you please pont me to an explanation of this, so I can help plugin
writers to fix it?
