[Qgis-developer] SVG preview eats 100 CPU (again)

Got it! I start from a clean --configpath, so I assumed to have no
additional svg folders. In fact, there is my homedir, which explains the
huge time to scan it.
IMHO --configpath should not add a custom svg dir, so this should be a
bug in itself, am I right?
