[Qgis-developer] debian testing/Linux: yellow non-readable tooltips except for gtk+

I've seen this before, and i've never used Gnome3. Probably i used Unity
at that time, but i'm not sure.

Unfortunately I never found the reason, so I cannot tell you how to
solve it. It worked again after a fresh install.
