[Qgis-developer] debian testing/Linux: yellow non-readable tooltips except for gtk+

Yes  i can confirm, since some years in ubuntu,
sometimes if you close&restart QGIS things get almost normal...
it's a bit annoying because the gtk theme take up
to much screen space
