[Qgis-developer] Fwd: Toolbars - SVG icons management - QGIS 2.16

Hi Mathieu,

Thank you very much for your advice.
Backgrounds were indeed text objects, they now display well on QGIS 2.16 
after I transformed them into paths.

I still wonder what has changed with QGIS 2.16...
