[Qgis-developer] Why QDialogProgress used in QgsVectorLayer::countSymbolFeatures ?

Haven't we also talked about moving this to the data provider, so that we
can take advantage of calculating the count using compiled expressions,
etc? That'd be another (good) alternative to this method.
