[Qgis-developer] How to be allowed to adding new python modules on Osgeo4W installer

Hi to all,

I need to learn how to insert new python modules inside the Osgeo4W
installer.

Where is the documentation that I need to read and who can allow me to
insert inside the repo the new modules?

I need to add

- reportlab (pdf)
- pygraphviz (graph generator through graphviz - only 32bit)
- sqlalchemy (Database ORM)
