[Qgis-developer] Processing provider versions and hard coded path in settings

Hi Stefan,

QGIS.ini is a place where QGIS (and Processing, because it is a core plugin)
stores iits settings. if ypu want to have different settings for different QGIS
versions just use --configpath command line option to define different places
to store settings.
