Note that the 'final destination' of the Visual Changelog is not so much
the tracker, as it is the website. So probably it will end up at a page
like:
http://qgis.org/en/site/forusers/visualchangelog214/index.html
of which the sources are here:
https://github.com/qgis/QGIS-Website/tree/master/source/site/forusers/visualchangelog214
No use to update the tracker I think?
We could off course add libraries to the website templates, but I would
prefer to add only animated gif's to changes if they are REALLY
benefitting what you want to show....
But as said: IF those are really needed please find a small library (or
just a few lines of javascript) which is safe to add to the javascripts
in the website.
