Indeed I am using /usr/local/Cellar/sip/4.18/ (on OSX).

Do you know what the 'know good' version is?

@Larry do you know how to get different versions of SIP from brew? And do you happen to know which version of SIP was used by William's binary files (which don't have this issue)?
