[Qgis-developer] Plugin descriptions missing

Hi,

When using the plugin manager I no longer see any descriptions of 
plugins. I've deleted the .qgis directory but this doesn't solve the 
poroblem.

I'm using QGIS Master on Ubuntu 16.04 64 bit.

Anyone else experiencing this problem?
