[Qgis-developer] Orphaned plugins

Hi all,
there are several plugins that are orphaned, e.g.
https://github.com/kalxas/improvedpolygoncapturing
https://github.com/kalxas/dimensioning
and possibly more. I would encourage interested developers in picking
them up, both for fixing long standing, probably trivial bugs, and in
view of porting them to QGIS 3.
I'm available for help.
