[Qgis-developer] Lots of SVG images not visible in composers add image

Hi Nyall, 

The SVG cache problem is a minor issue in my opinion. I'd rather have
SVG files render correctly in print composer and support overriding of
graphics properties.

One last thing... since this switches the composer picture to use the
SVG cache for rendering svg files, it opens the composer up to
http://hub.qgis.org/issues/13565. I'm not sure if that's an issue or
not.
