[Qgis-developer] Ubuntu 16.04 en python 2

Hi Richard,

FYI, I am currently working on getting a python3, pyqt5 and qt5 travis
build running (need to build lots of dependencies myself because travis
still runs 12.04 with very old deps).
If everything goes well, that should be ready this week (fingers
crossed) and then we can run some scripts that allow to update the
current codebase to be compatible with everything (py2 and py3, qt4 and
qt5) and everybody will be happy and distros can ship whatever they want
and we are prepared :-)
