[Qgis-developer] zip file uploads allowed on github issues?!

I just created a new issue on Github for Nathans ascii gis:

https://github.com/NathanW2/ascii_qgis/issues/3

and was able to add a zip file of 4 Mb to the issue in Github!

I think not being able to add test data to an issue was (besides the
migration of the issues) one of the problems we had with moving to github?
