[Qgis-developer] share plugins (English required)

Hi Martin, 

This may be a good case where you can set up your own local plugin
repository. 

Maybe there is a Czech FOSSGIS user group that can host it. 

Hosting a QGIS plugin repository only requires a webserver with an XML
file and the plugins as zip files. It is really simple to set up. 

And it is very simple to add an additional repository to the QGIS plugin
repository. Just add the URL and your done. 

Many larger organizations have their own in-house plugin repositories.
