[Qgis-developer] command line "qgis --help" not available on Windows?

Hi,
Even though
http://docs.qgis.org/testing/en/docs/user_manual/introduction/getting_started.html#command-line-options
first sentence lets think that launching QGIS with command line tools is
only available on Linux, this seems also possible on Windows (at least).
While I'm able to execute some commands like:
* qgis
* qgis --noplugins
* qgis --lang it
...
I'm unable to get any result using qgis --help.
Any reason?
