[Qgis-developer] [Lizmap] strings are freezed, transifex localizations are welcome

Hi dev,

As Michaël said yesterday at the QGIS International Conference in 
Girona, Lizmap 3.0 is closed: Strings are freezed. So we have updated 
localization sources on transifex and are waiting for you to update it.
