[Qgis-developer] plugins connection refused error

Hi,

Thanks, Alessandro.

Don't know if it's related to recent changes (never checked that before)
but my plugin manager settings currently show 2 repositories listed, both
linking to the official repo url. The only difference is their name ("QGIS
Official Plugin Repository" and its translation "Dépôt Officiel des
extensions QGIS" in french). The system locale is french but I'm currently
working with an english localized QGIS version.
I can simply delete one row but wonder if I should file a ticket...
