[Qgis-developer] Refunds for Girona Developer Meeting

Hi, 

Because the refunds of expenses at the hackfest are a significant amount
of work, I'll post here some rules that I kindly ask you to follow: 

 	* Please send me a single (multi-page) PDF file containing all
necessary information. Please do not send me xx jpeg files taken from
some smartphone camera and let me do all the work. Please also don't
send me xx PDF files. Do package it nicely into one single PDF file!
 	* Please send me one single request for all of your expenses, not
multiple ones containing only xx items
 	* Refunds are made only for expenses where I have some proof:
scan/picture of invoice
 	* The PDF with the refund request needs to contain

 	* Your full address
 	* Your bank name
 	* Your bank address
 	* Your IBAN account number (or equivalent if outside of Europe)
 	* The Swift Code (or equivalent of outside of Europe)
 	* A list of all items
 	* THE TOTAL AMOUNT OF ALL ITEMS IN ONE SINGLE CURRENCY (preferably
EUR)

 	* All items need some proof (e.g. scan/picture of ticket or invoice,
or print out from webpage if you ordered online)

I would very much appreciate if you follow the above rules, as it will
make my work much more enjoyable. 

Please also note that accommodation prior or after the meeting should be
paid privately - of course the night before or after the meeting will be
covered - but we won't pay for your extra days off before or after the
meeting.
