[Qgis-developer] final-2_14_8 has an issue in processing Rscripts

Hi devs,

I know that is a bit too late but I'd just fix an issue in processing 
Rscripts.

This fix is not in final-2_14_8 because I discussed about this fix with 
a customer and because the bugfix stop is way in 2.16 branch 11 days ago 
(not mine).
