[Qgis-developer] 2.16 Globe plugin on Mac

Is the library being built? I.e. under Linux it is

lib/qgis/plugins/libglobeplugin.so

If yes, look at the debug output of qgis when starting and you should be 
able to see some info about why the plugin is being rejected.
