[Qgis-developer] QGIS3 latest Windows weekly is 5 weeks old

Hi Jürgen,

Thanks for the fix, bit it seems that something is still wrong with
2.99.0-14 that was just built.
The size of x86 version is 396MB similar to build 8, but the size of the
x64 build is just 29MB.
Both match their md5sum.
