[Qgis-developer] PostGIS Rasters

Hi Pieter,

The GUI tools looks interesting. I have used the command line version to
tile, create overviews and load the rasters into the database.

What I am looking for is on the QGIS side something similar to the Oracle
Geo-raster tool but for PostGIS.
