[Qgis-developer] Processing: gdal_calc generates Python.exe has stopped working on Windows

Hi Devs,

A customer has an issue in Processing when using gdal_calc on Windows.
He has a error dialog with "Python.exe has stopped working".

It seems that this issue is an old one, 2 years ago, coming from Osgeo4W

It seems that the issue is the same for other GDAL scripts and is due to 
the way GDAL has been compiled. The issue does not exist with other 
Windows GDAL package.

Does someone else has encountered this issue ?
Do you know if Osgeo4W is maintained ?
