[Qgis-developer] SAGA support in Processing

Hi all,

as we discussed previously, from now Processing core distribution will include
support only for SAGA LTR version. This means that description files will be
updated only when new SAGA LTR version will be released. Pull-request with
corresponding changes already submitted [0] and I'm going to merge it soon if
there are no objections.

Support for other SAGA versions can be implemented as 3rd party provider plugins
by interested users.
