[Qgis-developer] Are Processing algorithms helps not translatable?

Hi devs,

Most of (to avoid saying "All") the QGIS algorithms have an english
description (the help panel) And I can't find those texts in Transifex,
meaning that there's no chance to have them translated (and easily
understandable for all).

Is it by design or a missing feature?
