[Qgis-developer] Relative and absolute paths in projects

Interesting, thaks for checking.
What I did:

* Project properties > Relative
  * save project
* change properties to Absolute
  * save with a different name

Result:
* content of project: full path in both cases
* moving both projects in a different folder and reopening them > layer
correctly displayed (e.g. confirmed Absolute behaviour).
