[Qgis-developer] Dropping the "render" checkbox

Indeed "my" use case might be solved if a better rendering process is in
place. I wouldn't mind (for my personal use case) dropping the render
option whenever it is ready. In the mean time I'm available to provide more
details if someone is willing to do these improvements :)
