the "gdal_mrsid" error can be safely ingnored, see for example

https://sourceforge.net/p/saga-gis/support-requests/9/

Please post the full log that the tool returns and/or post sample data
and/or try see of the user has an old Processing installed inside
.qgis2/python/plugins.
