I just added it to https://qgisnorge.github.io/blimed/ (which shall become qgis.no) the (under development) website for the Norwegian QGIS user group, that is about to be established...

I've been meaning to add a donate button to my QGIS plugin's Github repo README. For anyone who might want to do the same thing, and who likes the common shields.io style of badges, just add the following:
