Hi,
Well, things are going so fast that even for developpers, it's hard to
start a work not already being worked on somewhere else.

Can I ask for all devs to use the WIP (Work in Progress) label in
https://github.com/qgis/qgis3.0_api issues?

We in fact started to work on issues that became Pull Request the day
after. No harm up to now, that became a good opportunity for code review
that time.

Many thanks

Cheers
Régis
