[QGIS-Developer] QgsPoint -> QgsPointXY in 3.0

I just went back to look at Lat Lon Tools in 3.0 and discovered that the
API has been changed for a number of functions thus breaking Lat Lon Tools.
I guess the API is still in flux. Where I formally used QgsPoint it appears
to now be QgsPointXY. I was just wondering why this change was made.
