[QGIS-Developer] Pull request that keeps on failing on timeouts on supposedly fast tasks

Hi,
I have a pull request out that is failing on source code formatting and sip
checks,
after a delay of 60 seconds. Here is an excerpt:

I have updated the pull request to master and re-pushed like 3 times
already, and it keeps
on failing the same way.

Is there anyone with a clue as to what might be happening here? I don't see
anything special in the logs.
