[QGIS-Developer] Print Composer Bug with Scale and Rotation

FYI, I coincidentally spotted this nice commit (
pushed to QuickMapServices' repository. This will make it possible to add
native XYZ layers via the QuickMapServices and therefore benefit from all
of is greatness (rotation as mentioned above, etc.)
