[QGIS-Developer] Authentication for QGIS 3.0 for TileServer (XYZ)

Hi,

authentication support to xyz layers has been recently added to master with
https://github.com/qgis/QGIS/commit/8b0e3d8da3b98a0e6777234270a8ff02f9fc10ae
, the GUI part is still missing though.

For now you can create xyz connections only through Python (and it's
working as expected), adding the auth configuration widget to the xyz
configuration dialog will be the next step.

It's in my todo list, that it's unfortunately rather long :)
