[Qgis-developer] Wiki homepage edit

Hi all,

I'm not sure https://github.com/qgis/QGIS-Website/blob/master/themes/
qgis-theme/docs_index.html (actually docs.qgis.org) is a good place to show
Metasearch plugin information; AFAICT, this page lists all the docs
released by QGIS Teams and aimed to be of *wide interest*.
Furthermore, the User manual provides a chapter on Metasearch:
http://docs.qgis.org/testing/en/docs/user_manual/plugins/plugins_metasearch.html
so if particular information are worth mentionning/linking, i think this
page suits better.
Also, given that the wiki at hub.qgis.org is being closed, maybe instead of
linking to that page, improving the chapter in user manual with valuable
contents from the wiki should be the way to go...
