Yes, where the combo-box show
- millimeter
- pixels
- Map units

one could add
- Meters to Map units

Presently definded in QgsSymbolV2 and calulated in
QgsSymbolLayerV2Utils::convertToMapUnits
and
QgsSymbolLayerV2Utils::convertToPainterUnits
