Yes I have - I was trying to propose that it is boiled down to a simple table on a single page with just:

Dependency | Notes
----------------- | ----------
[Qt5](https://wiki.qt.io/Building_Qt_5_from_Git) | Qt5 is a graphical toolkit and collection of utility classes.
etc. | etc.
