[Qgis-developer] Raster2pgsql gui plugin

I June last year a "work in progress" raster2pgsql gui plugin for QGIS was
discussed.

I managed to get it working a couple of times (but that involved a lot of
hacking!)

Has anyone looked at this further?  Anyone willing to have a stab at this
in the future?
