[QGIS-Developer] priority bugs query

Hi Giovanni.
I'm starting with the 2.18 bugfix work and have been told to use this
document as a list of priorities to be fixed:

As it isn't easy to tell which of those bugs is being already worked
on, can that list be obtained via redmine (https://issues.qgis.org) ?
That way I could add a filter to add "unassigned" condition.

Maybe a tag or something similar could help.
