[QGIS-Developer] Osgeo4w: missing dependency?

Sorry, I did not take note of it (AFAICT text cannot be selected from
the popup). It was something like Cannot install because
xcerces-c-3-something is missing.
Maybe someone can repeat the procedure and let us know?
