[QGIS-Developer] Error in launching QGis after update.

Hi,
after the update of QGis Nightly through osgeo4w setup, I cannot run QGis
due to this error:

There is something I can do to fix this problem?

I'm on Windows 10, Osgeo4W 32 bit.
