[QGIS-Developer] Call to replicate issue: https://issues.qgis.org/issues/16296

Hi

I was working on issue https://issues.qgis.org/issues/16296 but I'm
not able to replicate in my
Win10- OSGeo4W qgis-rel-dev pacakge

but Giovanni Manghi is always facing this error. Detailed procedure to
replicate are in the atteched video of the issue.

Are there others facing with the same problem or it's a local issue ?
